Lori Senecal’s been a part of CP+B since 2015. She joined the company as Global CEO, a position that hadn’t existed at that time. The company’s founder Chuck Porter found Senecal to be a hard worker and an even more brilliant partner. As much as it saddens him, Lori Senecal will leave the company at the end of the year.
Since joining CP+B, she’s made tremendous contributions. She applied her expertise to CP+B’s growth the same she helped other companies grow. Lori Senecal is not one for long-term employment with just one company. She’s worked for numerous companies and made significant contributions to every one of them.
Many of her colleagues value her work as invaluable learning experiences. CP+B already had national success, but it wasn’t performing on an international level. In October 2015, Senecal achieved one of her greatest accomplishments. She snagged the American Airlines account away from TM Advertising. TM Advertising’s held the American Airlines account for 25 years. In her first year with CP+B, Lori Senecal brought home one of the biggest victories in the company’s history.

The process is slowing going. Every decision will affect the company in either a positive or negative way. It’s not enough to just replace her. They need to find people who will continue expanding and improving the company with the same spirit that Senecal embodied.
One of the big names making the top of the next-generation list is Danielle Aldrich. She not only helped Senecal land the American Airlines account, she also helped on the Hershey’s account. She’d make a brilliant corporate leader.
